Ingredients 

Ethyl Cyanoacrylate, Polymethyl Methacrylate, Phenylbis(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phosphine oxide, CL77266

UV glue is a specially formulated adhesive that cures (hardens) under UV (ultraviolet) light.

Ethyl Cyanoacrylate is the primary bonding agent responsible for the fast-setting and strong adhesion of UV Adhesive. It polymerizes quickly upon contact with moisture, creating a durable bond between the natural lash and extension. Known for its high retention power, this ingredient is ideal for lash artists who need speed and strength in their application process. 

Polymethyl Methacrylate: Comprising 5-10% of the glue, PMMA reinforces cyanoacrylate, enhancing retention and securing the extensions in place for the long term.

Phenylbis(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phosphine oxide is a highly efficient photoinitiator used in UV lash adhesives. When exposed to UV light, it quickly triggers polymerization, allowing the adhesive to cure instantly. This ensures faster application, stronger bonding, and safer results, while minimizing fumes and irritation for both lash artists and clients.

CI 77266: Adding depth to the adhesive's color, carbon black provides a rich black color. It's a minor and the heaviest ingredient and may settle at the bottom of the bottle. 

Usage Guidelines of our UV Adhesive: 

Before You Start

• Prepare a UV LED Lamp
• Use a handheld UV/LED lamp with a wavelength of 365–405nm, suitable for lash application.
• A compact, pen-style lamp is ideal for precise work.
• Set Up Your Workspace
• UV glue won't cure naturally in the air, so a UV lamp is essential.
• Make sure both the technician and client wear eye protection (UV goggles or shields).

How to Use

• Dispense a Small Amount of Glue
• Place one drop of glue on a lash glue ring or jade stone.
• UV glue doesn’t dry quickly in the open air, so it lasts longer during the procedure.
• Apply Glue to the Extension Lash
• Dip the base of the lash extension into the glue.
• Attach it to the client’s natural lash.
• Cure with UV Light
• After attaching 1–2 extensions, shine the UV lamp for about 1–2 seconds to harden the glue.
• The bond is instant, allowing for a much faster workflow.

Continue applying lashes and curing in small sections for optimal efficiency and bonding.

Do NOT expose eyes directly to UV light.

→ Ensure the client’s eyes are fully closed at all times, and use under-eye pads for protection.

Storage Requirements 

The shelf life of lash adhesive greatly depends on how it is stored. To maximize the longevity and effectiveness of your lash glue, consider the following storage requirements:

• Humidity: Maintain humidity levels below 40% to prevent moisture from affecting the adhesive's performance.
• Temperature: Store the adhesive within a temperature range of 8-13°C (46-55°F) to ensure its stability.
• Seal Container: Always keep the adhesive container tightly sealed when not in use to prevent air exposure.
• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Shield the adhesive from direct sunlight, and ensure it stays dry.
• Indoor Storage: Keep the adhesive indoors, in a cool, and well-ventilated area to maintain its quality.
• Heat Sources: Store the adhesive away from sources of heat, as high temperatures can degrade its quality.
• Refrigeration for Unopened Glue: Unopened false eyelashes adhesive can be stored in the refrigerator. However, it's recommended to allow it to come to room temperature for more than 2 hours before use.
• Dedicated Containers: Do not transfer lash adhesive to other containers, such as regular plastic bottles or glass jars, as they may not be suitable for adhesive storage.

• Avoid Ingestion: Do not swallow the adhesive. If accidentally ingested, seek immediate medical attention.
• Keep Away from Children: Store the adhesive out of the reach and sight of children to prevent accidental exposure.
• Eye and Skin Contact: Avoid contact with the adhesive on the skin and eyes. If contact occurs, do not force open eyes. Instead, flush the affected area with water for 15 minutes and seek advice from a doctor. In the case of skin contact, rinse the contact area with water and seek medical attention if necessary.
• Inhalation Precautions: Be cautious not to inhale the fumes from lash extension adhesive. If you inhale the fumes, move to an area with fresh air and seek medical assistance if symptoms persist.
• Allergic Reactions: Be aware that some individuals may experience allergic reactions to lash extension adhesive fumes. Conduct thorough client counseling before the extension process and always perform a patch test 24-48 hours before treatment. Apply a small amount of glue behind the client's ear or observe for any allergic reactions 20-30 minutes after applying a test set of eyelash extensions (about 5-6 lashes).
