Return, Refund & Exchanges

1. RETURN

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our site, Lii Lash is happy to accept returns for merchandise within 14-days of your order delivered.
  • If you wish to return any item for any reason, you are invited to first contact our Customer Happiness team. Please send an email to info@liilash.com to discuss any specifics and receive further instructions.
  • Please note that in the unusual circumstances of receiving a faulty item, the fault needs to be addressed to our Customer Happiness team at the earliest opportunity, at a maximum of 5 days from the delivered date of the item. The damaged/ faulty/ missing items must provide proof of videos and pictures at least from 30% the real faulty items in order.
  • Merchandise must be returned with all original packaging, in an unused condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase (a copy of your confirmation email including your order number works perfectly for this).
  • Items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, or entered may not be accepted for return and maybe sent back to the customer.
  • Made to order items are not eligible for return.
  • Once received at our facility, our team will inspect and process your return. We will email and notify you once your return and refund have been successfully processed. Your return inquiries are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The customer is responsible for any and all return fees incurred when posting items back to Lii Lash. Lii Lash will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any chosen shipping service.
  • Unwanted returned items can be refunded, or exchanged for an alternative item. In the unusual event that an item breaks or no longer works correctly within a warranty period, the 14 day deadline will be extended.
  • Please take note that we only refund it via Paypal
  • If you received any defective item(s), you may discard the item, only after submitting proof of the defect to receive a refund, store credit, or an exchange. We gladly issue store credit or an exchange for returned items that are opened and/or used (accompanied by a prepaid shipping label).
  • When an item is returned for a refund, please note that the original shipping fees are not liable to be refunded.

2. REFUND

  • Unwanted returned items can be refunded, or exchanged for an alternative item. Please take note that we only refund it via Paypal
  • If you received any defective item(s), you may discard the item, only after submitting proof of the defect to receive a refund, store credit, or an exchange.
  • We gladly issue store credit or an exchange for returned items that are opened and/or used (accompanied by a prepaid shipping label).
  • When an item is returned for a refund, please note that the original shipping fees are not liable to be refunded.

3. EXCHANGES

  • If you wish to exchange an item, the regular rules of the return policy will apply. In the event that an exchange item costs less than the original, Lii Lash will either refund the difference, or offer store credit for the difference.
  • If an exchanged item costs more than the original item, Lii Lash reserves the right to request this additional cost from the customer. This is taken on a case by case basis and is at the discretion of the Customer Happiness Team.
  • Replacements in the unusual event that an item breaks or no longer works correctly within a warranty period, please contact our Customer Happiness team who will be happy to assist you in rectifying the issue.
