Delivery time depends on your destination. Please provide us with your correct street address (not a PO Box) and contact details when confirming the order. Lii Lash is constantly tracking and paying attention to every order: from the moment you place the order until the minute your package is picked up by courier companies. As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from our account manager with the tracking number for your parcel. You can check the status of your shipment one to two hours after receiving the email by using the link provided. Once the shipment is shipped, we are unable to control the movements/actions of courier companies. Due to that, there may be unavoidable delays/damaged packages/lost packages due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. When you come across the above situation, please don’t worry. Our team members will be here to address the issues and ensure a trouble-free experience for you.
