LiiLash is a global eyelash extension producer who is committed to supplying premier professional lash extension supplies and consumer lash care products such as adhesive, protein remover, cream remover, lash shampoo, and primer. As an independent company, we deeply consider every element of the products we create – the quality and sustainability of our raw materials, the artistry and craftsmanship of our process and the values and practices of our clients.
Our primary brand color is Wild Mint. It tells us about the freshness of nature and plants. It is cooling and leaves you feeling refreshed and hydrated instantly. Wild Mint also represents Green life to us. We have begun by saying yes to simplicity and purity, just like the ethereal lilies. "Green '' from the most minor details. All of our products say NO to testing on animals, are cruelty-free and say YES to using 100% paper packaging for lash products. LiiLash is now proud to say that our dream has come true. Millions of products have reached and touched millions of recipients worldwide. In other words, our faith, our hope and our dreams have come to fruition resulting in today’s LiiLash. We acknowledge that as a community, we are responsible for sharing the burden and helping others. We desired to contribute to assisting Autistic children to become more socialized and helping them with treatment classes. We use a part of our profits to support the children in a public center for autistic children in Nam Dinh, Vietnam. We would love to spread the love from LiiLash to others.

We make considered choices by working with partners who take pride in their trade and follow principled production practices. We strive to use sustainably processed, ethically sourced materials. All of our materials for lash care supplies are quality-assured, non-toxic, cruelty-free, vegan, not tested on animals, and free of latex and formaldehyde. The lash products are crafted in Vietnam using the most luxurious raw materials from Japan, Germany and South Korea. They are made carefully through many quality control steps by our craftsmen while the liquid products are made in South Korea with the newest technologies. Each ingredient is thoughtfully selected to deliver high-standard and safe products.

Lash supplies production is a labor of love. At LiiLash, eyelash extension processing, rolling and packaging are done by hand, relying on skilled craftsmanship at every level to deliver the LiiLash experience.
In efforts to care for the people and communities behind the creation of every single product, LiiLash prioritizes supporting and investing in workplace career development to encourage our employees to develop their skills in the best possible conditions. We cultivate inclusiveness and embrace diversity. Since our inception in 2023, we have put in place human resource policies designed to support and advance employees throughout their careers, regardless of background and ethnicity. An equal opportunity employer with over 200 staff in Vietnam, the ratio of male to female employees at LiiLash is 1:1. Even more importantly, 60% of the managerial and senior management roles are helmed by women. The commitment to fostering long-term relationships with our staff enables them to have more secure living conditions and prospects. Not only developing their career skills, the brand also cares about the employee's health. We provide as part of the salary premium private health insurance to all employees alongside compulsory national health insurance. Having close to 60% female employees we invest in additional health screening for women's health annually.
Along with the mission of bringing high-quality products, LiiLash is committed to aligning the interests of business and society as much as possible. We embrace the beauty of being different by deducting a part of profits from sales activities to support and develop the Autistic Children's Association. in Nam Dinh, Vietnam. We endeavor wherever possible to spread the love from LiiLash to others.
Our Commitment
Social sustainability stems from building lasting businesses that promote employees’ well-being. This is done by understanding employees’ social, financial, and emotional needs. LiiLash provides social and cultural engagements, safety and security, as well as training for the staff monthly.
We are also committed to reducing single-use disposable items. By providing reusable kraft packaging for liquids and 100% paper packing boxes for lash products, we avoid using 2 million of plastic boxes. Furthermore, the brand has moved away from plastic packing materials, moving to exclusively biodegradable materials for all deliveries.
LiiLash has also tried to eliminate the use of PBT fibers and customize to the exclusive biodegradable filaments for lash products, while the quality of fibers remains as in 2025. By using this kind of eco-friendly filament, we will save more than 3 tons of raw PBT materials globally each year.
