Behind that precision is Mrs. Thu, our Line Department Manager. With a strong business background and a sharp eye for detail, she leads the largest team at Lii Lash, ensuring every lash item — up to 13,000 lashes per tray — meets our exacting standards, with a daily output of over 15,000 lashes. Balancing operational excellence with empathy, she nurtures a culture of harmony, dedication, and craftsmanship that defines our production line.

Being a man in a lash world, where every millimeter demands precision and dexterity, Mr. Minh brings a distinctive touch of technical mastery to Lii Lash.
With years of experience in the complex automotive industry, meticulousness has become his second nature. Personally operating the heat-drying machines and overseeing every shaping stage—from trimming and wet rolling to heat curling and final checks with the Lii Lash curl and length chart—he ensures every strip achieves flawless form and consistency.
