Shipping & Delivery

1. What shipping options are available?

a. Standard delivery ( details below): 4-6 working days

  • Depending on when you place your order, it will arrive in 4-6 working days. Standard orders placed on Saturday and Sundays will be processed on the following working day. Please note that orders for special products can take up to 7 days to be delivered. The estimated delivery time is displayed during your order placement.

b. Express delivery ( details below) : 1-3 working days

  • Depending on when you place your order, it will arrive in 1-3 working days. Standard orders placed on Saturday and Sundays will be processed on the following working day. Please note that orders for special products or countries can take up to 7 days to be delivered. The estimated delivery time is displayed during your order placement.

All international orders, with express delivery services, placed before 12pm(GMT + 7) Mon - Fri will be dispatched the same day.


c. Orders with standard delivery will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.

Please note: Shipping timelines can be affected by high volumes, seasonal demands, and carrier delays due to events such as weather. Unfortunately, Lii Lash is not held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit. Lii Lash does not take on any responsibility and/or liability of a purchase order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking.

If you have authorized representative to pick up your order, they will be required to present the following:

  • Your original method payment or paypal confirmation email
  • Your valid, national ID

2. Tracking number

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping information and your tracking number. If you did not receive an email with your shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder. You can also log into your account to view the status of your order and view the tracking information.
  • Before your order starts, you will receive an e-mail with your shipping information and your tracking number. If you did not receive an e-mail with your shipping confirmation, please check the time and date when you placed your order and add 2 working days from that date. That is the time that you should receive your shipping confirmation e-mail.
  • If there is an error with your email address our representative will be happy to help with updating it and will provide you with your tracking number. You can email us at hello@liilash.com

3. Shipping cost 

We currently work with different carriers to deliver your Lii Lash orders. Most commonly your order will ship with the following depending on your selected shipping companies FedEx, DHL, UPS and United States Postal Service (USPS).

  • Express (1-3 working days): 35 USD
  • Standard (4-6 working days) 25 USD
