How many eyelash extensions in a tray?

A full sized mixed tray of lash extension consists of 12 lines or 16 lines or 2 lines equivalent to 225-250 lashes per lines. We also accept customized design as well as packaging box.  

Are your products approved?

Yes, our eyelash extensions are approved by The Korean Certification Mark.

of?

All our lashes are made of high quality PBT which means they are soft to touch, long-lasting, flexible and can keep their curls overtime. It has been widely used material for a long time in eyelash world.

LiiLash eyelash extensions are categorized by the curls: J,B,C,CC/C+, DD/D+, L, L+, LD, LC, M, V.

Are your eyelash extensions eco-friendly?

We aim to sustainable eyelash extensions. Every single fiber is made of Korean PBT fiber, which has faster degradation period so it is entirely eco-friendly.

Are your product cruelty-free?

Yes, We’re against animal cruelty. There is no need to use the potentially allergenic, poor performing mink eyelashes while PBT offers such a superior advantages.

Do eyelash extensions ruin natural eyelashes?

Eyelash extensions will not damage natural lashes when they are applied correctly.

How long do eyelash extension last?

It depends on the quality of the adhesive that you are going to use. Moreover, the life expectancy relates to your natural lash life cycle. It means that when your lashes fall off, the eyelash extensions will fall off, too.

Is there any other product do you offer but eyelash extensions?

Even after 4 years of working in the industry, we are still and improving on our services and making the highest quality lashes, as much as we can. We will try to expand our product lines to other related lash accessories like glue, tweetzer, lash removal etc… at the end of the year 2022, hopefully, and we’ll let you know about this.

How much is customized tray? How much is paper cardboard tray?

Do you have premade fan lashes? What other types of lashes do you provide?

We have premade fan eyelash extension. Also, we have individual lashes, easy fanning lashes, flat lashes and colored lashes.

You can always make changes or cancel the order before
your payment (no more than day from signing the contract/ confirmed order).

We can give you samples of items that are currently available (often items from last orders).

The sample and shipping fee will be charged if the products are not available at the time.

What is your MOQ? What is the MOQ for Private Label?

Our MOQ (minimum order quantity) for samples is 10 trays maximum. For order, our MOQ is 500 trays and at least an even number of 10, 20, 30 trays per item.

The MOQ (minimum order quantity) required to customize your products in Private Label is 500 trays per product. However, in order to support your business, we accept smaller amount. Please contact us for more details.

 

Which types of payment do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, West Union (for sample orders), Bank Tranfer (for confirmed orders)

We accept USD, EU, AUD, GBP, etc

Do I have to pay any sales tax?

If t here is any local import tax for your order, you will bear the expense for this tax. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

How should I pay for the order?

Once a quote has been accepted, a 50% deposit plus shipping fee is required before producing. The remaining balance will be paid before shipping.

Before diving into the application, your natural eyelash extension must be check to find out which eyelash extension will the best suit you.

Which thickness should I choose?

0.05 / 0.07 / 0.10 – These
ultra-light-weight lashes are ideal for clients whose lashes may not be strong enough to hold heavier extensions without weakening the natural lash. It is also perfect for clients whose lashes are going through a natural re-growth
stage and require something lighter.

0.15 – These are great for clients who have issues retaining their lashes when using heavier-weight lashes, or for clients whose natural lashes are going through a regrowth stage and temporarily require a lash that will cause less stress.

0.20 – Provides a full, dramatic look without looking too unnatural. It’s important to note that these aren’t being applied to a client with weaker natural lashes as they may have poor retention.

.25 – For clients who want a more dramatic, glamorous look, it’s very important to note that these aren’t being applied to a client with weaker natural lashes as they may have poor retention.
