Return, Refund & Exchanges - Private Label

1.RETURN

  • Personalized, altered, private order and made to order items are not eligible for return.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your private order, Lii Lash is happy to exchange or refund within 30-days of your order being delivered.
  • Please note that in the unusual circumstances of receiving a faulty item, the fault needs to be addressed to our account manager at the earliest opportunity, at a maximum of 5 days from the delivered date of the item. The damaged/ faulty/ missing items must provide proof of videos and pictures at least from 30% the real faulty items in order via email or other provided contact platforms. Remember time of feedback is over, we apologize for not solving this issue no longer.

2.REFUND

  • Unwanted returned items can be refunded, or exchanged for an alternative item. Please take note that we only refund it via Paypal.
  • If you received any defective item(s), you may discard the item, only after submitting proof of the defect to receive a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please remember that we only refund for the defects of GOODs and not accept a refund for the shipping cost or other cost in the invoice.

3.EXCHANGES

  • If you wish to exchange an item, besides the REFUND option, the EXCHANGE policy will be applied too. In the event that an exchange item costs less than the original, Lii Lash will either refund the difference, or offer store credit for the difference.
  • If an exchanged item costs more than the original item, Lii Lash reserves the right to request this additional cost from the customer. This is taken on a case by case basis and is at the discretion of the account manager.
  • Replacements in the unusual event that an item breaks or no longer works correctly within a warranty period, please contact our account manager who will be happy to assist you in rectifying the issue.
  • The customer is responsible for any and all exchange fees incurred when shipping items back to the customer in the second shipment. Lii Lash will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any chosen shipping service.
  • Once the customer agrees to exchange, Lii Lash will start processing the exchange items within 30 days.
