We know that you have many different needs in purchasing. Lii Lash creates the customized order to apply for the customer who wants to customize their products that are hard to find out on the lash market. We are only receiving the customized order for the certain products and under Lii Lash's brandname

1. Customized order for Lashes 

a. MOQ (Min Order Quantity) 

  • 100 trays per order and at least an even number of 10, 20, 30… trays per SKU
  • Samples fees are charged according to our latest catalog and shipping fees. 

b. Lead time

  • The order will be processed in 14 working days once the payment is paid in full
  • There is a possibility that it will be somewhat longer depending on the production situation. In this case, the account manager will inform you as soon as possible.

c. Payment

  • 100% full payment must be made before processing the order

2. Customized order for Adhesive and Other Liquids

a. MOQ (Min Order Quantity) 

  • 50 pcs per order and at least an even number of 10 pcs per SKU

b. Lead time

  • It takes 7-10 business days once the payment is paid in full
  • There is a possibility that it will be somewhat longer depending on the production situation. In this case, the account manager will inform you ASAP

c. Payment

  • 100% full payment must be made before processing the order

3. Delivery

a. Shipping time

  • Shipping timelines can be affected by high volumes, seasonal demands, and carrier delays due to events such as weather. Unfortunately, Lii Lash is not held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit. Lii Lash does not take on any responsibility and/or liability of a purchase order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking.

b. Shipping agent

  • We currently work with different carriers to deliver your Lii Lash orders. Most commonly your order will ship with the following depending on your selected shipping level FedEx, DHL, UPS.

c. Transit time

  • Normally, it will arrive in 3-5 working days. Please note that orders for special products or countries can take up to 7 business days to be delivered. The estimated delivery time is displayed during your order placement.
