A. Cancellation
Can I cancel my private label order?
Private Order can not be cancelled after the deposit is paid in advance. We begin processing and fulfilling orders the moment you place to make sure we don’t miss your special notes or materials. If you have an order change, please contact the account manager within 24 first hours of submitting your order to see if they can edit. If we’re able to accommodate your request, we will be happy to do so.
B. Warranty of Products
Do you have warranty of products?
At Lii Lash, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. All of the products are made by hand so the errors of finished products will be approximately 5-7% or sometimes, a part of products will come in damaged conditions because of the transportation.
Please review our warranty policies below for Lii Lash purchases, both online and in-store, if:
1. Missing Quantity of part of original order or damaged packaging conditions caused by transportation.
Please note that in the unusual circumstances of receiving a damaged condition or missing quantity, they need to be addressed to our account manager at the earliest opportunity, at a maximum of 5 days from the delivered date of order. The damaged packaging or missing items must provide proof of videos and pictures:

Upon receiving your return request, the account manager will inspect and respond to you within 2 business days. Once your claim is verified, we will initiate the resolution process, which may involve a replacement, exchange, or refund, based on the circumstances. However, if the damaged products/ missing quantity caused by the shipping carriers during shipping, Lii Lash will not take responsibility for this. We advise you to choose the insurance service for safety.
2. Wrong or incomplete order( wrong thickness, wrong colors, wrong glue tape, wrong fibers, wrong curvature, wrong length, wrong labels).
If the order is received in the wrong conditions as listed above, the buyers should notify LiiLash the faulty items’ quantity of order at least after 5 days from the date of delivery. The account manager will inspect and respond in 2 business days. Lii Lash will strive to give you the best solutions such as replacement, exchange, or refund, based on the circumstances.

3. Lash curl stability
The curvature is guaranteed in one year from the date of manufacturing. However, Lii Lash shall not be responsible for the defects arising out of the failure to follow operation instructions, for the defects caused by improper storage after the Goods were delivered.
4.Storage requirements
Store the products in a cool, dry place, avoid moisture and direct exposure to sunlight, room temperature should be below 30 degrees Celsius.
In case the products have not been used. Do not open the products and should be leaved in the sealed container
The products should be placed on the shelf to avoid direct contact with the ground causing damage
5. Other visual defects ( defective label and packaging, cleaness of products, defective glue tape…).

C. Duty and Tax
Have I been charged duties and taxes?
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the item is lawfully imported into the destination country. As soon as the items arrive at the destination, sales tax on imports as well as customs duties and handling costs will be determined by the respective customs office. The recipient will then be invoiced by our logistics partner DHL, UPS or shipping companies. By submitting your order and paying and/or delivering the required information, you concede to the import regulations of the respective items. Please be aware that import regulations vary from country to country. For more information, contact your local customs office.
