With over 20 years of experience in the meticulous world of accounting, Mrs. Oanh is the first to handle the raw fiber materials that become your favorite lashes. She oversees every detail—from inventory control to quality checks before shipping—to ensure each product meets Lii Lash’s exacting standards. Thanks to her care, precision, and pride, every order leaves our warehouse flawlessly prepared.

Line Department Manager
The secret to consistently high-density, uniform eyelash trays lies in the leadership of Mrs. Thu. Overseeing the entire production process—from raw material handling to line processing—she ensures a daily output of over 15,000 lashes. Each lash strip meets the highest standards, capable of withstanding up to 13,000 lashes per tray. With the largest workforce across all departments under her guidance, Mrs. Thu fosters a team culture that is both hardworking and highly efficient.

Shaping Department Manager
For Mr. Minh, years of experience in the highly complex automotive industry have made precision second nature. As a key link between artisanal craftsmanship and advanced technology, he personally operates the heat-drying machines that shape each lash strip. He also leads rigorous quality control—from trimming and wet rolling to tube fitting, heat shaping, and final curl checks—using the Lii Lash curl and length chart. The result: every lash holds a stable, lasting curl for over a year.
