Return policy

If you are not completely
satisfied with your order, we accept return within 30 days of receipt.

Damaged goods

If you receive a damaged or defective items, please follow the following steps:

1. Take the photos of the damage

2. Send it to sales@charmlash.net .
Remember to note your Charmlash reference number.

Our customer service department will contact you to address the issue. Once the items have been received and reviewd, you can request a refund or exchange new items. Refund will be processed to your bank account that you had given us. You will receive the confirmation email once the refund is successful. The refund process will take up to 7 days.

Order cancelation policy

Order cancellation requests are not always appreciated.As a wholesale eyelash manufacturer and supplier, we strive to fulfill each order process as quickly as possible so that the items may be delivered to consumers on time. Please read our return policy before making a purchase.
